Digital products

Most products sold on this website are digital downloads delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed, in line with UK consumer law.

By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the download has begun.

Exceptions

If you experience:

  • A technical issue that prevents access to your file
  • A corrupted or incorrect download

Please contact us and we will happily help resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

Physical products (if applicable)

If physical products are offered in the future, the following will apply:

You have the right to cancel a physical goods order within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Further details will be provided at the time physical products are made available.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • A faulty file or damaged physical item

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery so we can put things right.

Refund processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times depend on your payment provider

Please note that transaction or processing fees charged by third parties may not be refundable.

Sale items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.

Gifts

Digital products purchased as gifts are subject to the same non-refundable terms once accessed or downloaded.
